     Set Up Process & Systems:

    Research-in-charge briefs & discuses with the Field managers - the Client’s brief in terms of the problem definition, research objectives and the information needs

    Identification of suitable fieldwork resource (education level, skill base, language proficiency etc)

    Translation of the questionnaire & show cards into local languages as per survey locations chosen.

    Preparation of the FW plan and logistics

    The field manager gives a detailed field briefing to the local team . Briefing coverage includes - detailed understanding of the background, research objectives , the information needs, target audience definition and coverage, respondent selection processes, the questionnaire (logic/sequencing of questioning, probing areas etc) and other data capture instruments
